West Ninth Street Condo, Cincinnati, Ohio
This project, currently under construction, involves a total renovation of two floors into a single condo unit. Utilizing an clean, open design, the long narrow space is flooded with natural light and an efficiency of function.
West Tenth Street Residence, Covington, Kentucky
This project, currently under construction, involves renovating a historic brick home. Interior walls were removed to create an open kitchen and living space while the second floor was revovated to include a master bedroom suite and laundry area.
Kitchen Remodel, Erlanger, Kentucky

Walnut Street Condo, Cincinnati, Ohio
This project, currently under construction, involved designing three residential units in a gutted row house in Over-the-Rhine. Walls were removed and the attice floor partially removed to enliven the narrow floor plan into a comfortable, modern space within a historic shell.
West Elder Street Condo, Cincinnati, Ohio
This project, currently in design, converts the top two floors of an historic building located on Findlay Market, into a contemporary, open floor plan. Also included is a complete renovation of the first floor storefront.
East McMicken Avenue Apartments, Cincinnati, Ohio
This project, currently under construction, involved renovating three one-bedroom rental apartments in an older row house in Over-the-Rhine.
Little Dry Run Deck, Cincinnati, Ohio
This small project involved adding an exterior deck to a 70's era ranch residence. The design responded to the site and the owner's needs by providing screening from the road, flexible seating areas, and the incorporation of the house's design into the deck.
