West Tenth Street, Covington, Kentucky
This renovation project, currently under construction, involved renovations to an existing home in a historic district. A wall was removed on the first floor to create an open kitchen and living space, with a generous bar space for entertaining. The second floor was reconfigured to create a master bedroom suite with direct access to a new laundry room, along with a second bedroom suite.
