This project, currently under construction, involved renovating three one-bedroom rental apartments in an hundred year old Italianate row house in Over-the-Rhine. Limited demoliton was done, and to highlight the renovations all new walls and flooring was skewed. This not only provided a unique space, it also helped open up the narrow spaces to make them feel larger. In keeping with the low budget, finishes such as clear-finished plywood floors and large operable doors between spaces created a cost effective but unique space in a historic neighborhood.
