St. Peter Claver Latin School For Boys, Cincinnati, Ohio
Two separate projects were completed for this private school. The first, completed in 2004, involved designing a new annex with classroom and office space in a very small (900 SF) storefront. A very efficient layout allowed the maximum use of the space, while also meeting the code requirements in an old building. The other project was completed in 2005, and involved extensive code analysis of a historic church building in Over-the-Rhine to meet egress and life safety requirements for a change of use.
