Riverstone Development Group Offices, Madeira Ohio
Currently under construction, this is a new addition an existing office building. This project had to fit in with the residential character of the neighborhood while also providing the functionality and space that the client needed.
St. Peter Claver Latin School for Boys, Cincinnati, Ohio
Two separate projects were completed for this private school, including a storefront renovation and a code analysis and renovations to a historic church building. Currently in the planning stage is a conversion of the entire four story building into a new home for the school.
Shell Gas Station and Convenience Store, Cincinnati, Ohio
This project, currently on hold, involved a new convenience store and site improvements for a gas station in a historic neighborhood.
Hampton Architects Office, Cincinnati, Ohio
A complete renovation of a storefront in a historic building, including the restoration of the original facade, currently under construction.
West Elder Street Storefront, Cincinnati, Ohio
This was a complete renovation of a storefront space located on historic Findlay Market.
Family Dollar Store, Cincinnati, Ohio
This involved a renovation of an existing space for a new tenant.
Family Dollar Store, Chillicothe, Ohio
Currently under development, this is a new addition to an existing building for a 8,700 SF retail store.
