West Elder Street, Cincinnati, Ohio
This renovation project, currently under construction, involved combining the top two floors of a historic three story building into one single residential unit while renovating the first floor commercial space. The commerical space was designed as a white box shell space, as there was no current tenant. The project also included the removal of an old security grille and renovation of the original storefront facade.
